Refund Policy
This is a legally binding document that establishes the legal relationship between you, my customers, and me, the website owner, Paul Praxis, regarding: How a refund will be granted Under what circumstances this refund will be issued.
Online businesses that sell items are sometimes required (depending on local laws and regulations) to provide a return and refund policy. In some jurisdictions, this is necessary to comply with consumer protection laws.
This document and the clauses listed below are intended to clarify the refund conditions if customers are not satisfied with the items they have purchased.
(1) The deadline for requesting a refund is one month. No refund requests will be accepted after this period.
(2) A full refund will be granted if the ordered product is delivered damaged. In this case, the customer must return the product at their own expense for inspection by the website owner. In other cases, a partial refund will be granted.
(3) A refund will be limited to 50% if the product is returned without damage, with shipping costs remaining at the customer's expense.
